Sub-Processors

Alohi may engage data processors with access to certain Customer Data in order to facilitate the delivery of our Services (each, a “Sub-processor“). This page contains information about each Sub-processor, including their location, and activity. Terms not defined on this page have the same meaning as those defined in the Alohi Terms of Service (the “Agreement“).

Alohi currently engages third-party Sub-processors to provide infrastructure services, as well as to assist us in providing customer support and email notifications. Before engaging any third party Sub-processor, Alohi undertakes diligence to evaluate their privacy, security and confidentiality practices, and executes an agreement implementing its applicable obligations.

Please note that telecommunications providers used by Alohi are not processors of Alohi or sub-processors of our customers. Additional information about this position can be found here.

The Sub-processors with whom we work may vary as our company grows. We shall make every effort to notify the owner of Customer’s Account of any additional Sub-processors, as required by the Agreement, as well as post such updates here. Please return periodically for updates.
