What’s new?

1. Complete invoice details on every PDF: Your company billing address and registered tax identification (VAT, GST, or EIN) appear on each invoice.
2. Automatic email delivery: Add up to five recipients per organization to receive invoices and payment receipts, so finance and operations stay aligned without manual forwarding.
3. Unified billing details across products: Company name, address and tax ID are stored once at the organization level and reflected consistently across Fax.Plus and Sign.Plus.

How it works

1. Open Settings → Billing Details and add your company address and VAT/GST/EIN.

2. Add up to five invoice recipients.

3. After each payment or renewal, invoices and receipts are emailed automatically. You can still download past invoices anytime from Plan & Billing.
