We are excited to announce the launch of unified authentication for our product suite, making it easier than ever to access and switch between Fax.Plus, Sign.Plus, Scan.Plus, and our upcoming apps.

This new system includes the highly requested “Login with Microsoft” option, providing a more convenient and secure sign-in experience for all users.

Starting August 5th, unified authentication will begin rolling out to all users. You may not see the update immediately, but everyone can expect this new sign-in experience to become available within the next week. This change is a key step toward providing a secure, seamless, and connected experience across our entire product suite.

Benefits of Unified Authentication

Unified authentication delivers practical improvements for individuals and teams, with a key focus on enabling our apps to work together effortlessly. Here’s what you can expect:

1. Seamless App Integration

Unified authentication unlocks the ability to fluidly move between Fax.Plus, Sign.Plus, and Scan.Plus, creating a cohesive workflow. For example, you can scan a document with Scan.Plus, enhance it with AI-driven cleanup, sign it digitally with Sign.Plus, and send it securely via Fax.Plus, all without switching accounts. This interconnected experience simplifies complex tasks, such as preparing a contract by scanning a draft, refining it with AI, signing it, and faxing it to a client, all within our ecosystem.

2. Simplified Access

A single login grants access to Fax.Plus, Sign.Plus, Scan.Plus, and future apps. This eliminates the need to manage multiple credentials, saving time and reducing login-related frustrations.

3. Stronger Security

With 256-bit AES encryption at rest and TLS protection during transmission, our unified authentication system strengthens security by reducing the number of entry points. Centralized account management also minimizes risks associated with password fatigue.

4. Easier Team Management

For businesses, unified authentication supports Single Sign-On (SSO) and Just-in-Time (JIT) provisioning. Administrators can manage user access and permissions across all our products from a single identity provider, making it easier to onboard teams and maintain control.

5. Ready for Growth

As we continue to launch new apps, unified authentication ensures a consistent experience across our expanding ecosystem. New tools will integrate seamlessly, allowing you to adopt them without disrupting your workflow.

How to Get Started

If you already have an account with Fax.Plus, Sign.Plus, or Scan.Plus, you do not need to do anything. When unified authentication goes live for your account, simply log in as usual and start enjoying integrated access to all of your tools. New users can sign up through any of our platforms and benefit from the same streamlined experience right away.

This is an important milestone as we work toward a more connected and efficient digital ecosystem. We look forward to sharing even more updates soon, including new apps and features designed to enhance your productivity and security across all your workflows.
