Learn about Dial.Plus specific terms of service

OverviewTerms of ServiceGeneral TermsSign.Plus Specific TermsDial.Plus Specific TermsFax.Plus Specific TermsScan.Plus Specific TermsPrivacy PolicySecurity OverviewCookie PolicyService Level Agreement

Alohi’s provision of Dial.Plus is conditioned on your acknowledgment of, and agreement to the below terms as well as Alohi Terms of Service (https://www.alohi.com/terms-service/). Unless otherwise defined in these Product-Specific Terms, capitalized terms will have the meaning given to them in the Alohi Terms of Service (found at https://www.alohi.com/terms-service/) and Privacy Policy (found at https://www.alohi.com/privacy-policy/).

1. DIAL.PLUS SERVICES

1.1. Product Description. Dial.Plus provides AI-powered voice agents for call answering, text messaging, appointment scheduling, customer support, and analytics, with features like customizable AI personas, local numbers, call summaries, and integrations (“Dial.Plus Services”).

2. USE OF DIAL.PLUS SERVICES

2.1. Local Numbers. Upon signing up to Dial.Plus Services you will be provided one or more local numbers by us (“Dial.Plus Numbers”). You have no title over Dial.Plus Numbers and acknowledge that we are their sole owner. Dial.Plus Numbers will be provided to you according to the rules and regulations of the local number provider. Purchased numbers from us cannot be ported out, but numbers that were previously ported in from another provider can be ported out. In case of an error or change in the telecommunications services provided by our suppliers, or any occurrence of discrepancies by third-party suppliers that may cause problems in Dial.Plus Service, we hold no responsibility and you void any claim or objection in this regard.

2.2. Limitation of Services. We reserve the right to restrict or block calls to certain destinations, including but not limited to premium-rate numbers, high-cost international destinations, emergency services, or locations subject to regulatory, technical, or security limitations.

2.3. Unsolicited Communications (Voice). You must not use the Services to place unlawful or unwanted calls. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and industry rules, including: (i) the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act and FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule (e.g., prior express written consent for telemarketing using an artificial/prerecorded voice, honoring the National and entity-specific Do-Not-Call lists, required disclosures, opt-out mechanisms, caller-ID truthfulness, and calling-time restrictions); (ii) any state, provincial, or national analogs; and (iii) EU/UK PECR/e-privacy rules for live marketing calls. Calls using AI-generated or cloned voices are treated as “artificial/prerecorded” and require the same level of consent. We and our suppliers may block, rate-limit, or suspend traffic that violates law or carrier policy.

2.4. Prohibited Use. You may not use Dial.Plus Services for any of the following:

  • Illegal activities – including infringing intellectual property rights or violating telecommunications laws such as the TCPA.
  • Harmful content – including child exploitation, hate speech, fraud, phishing, or spam.
  • Deceptive AI use – such as impersonation without consent or failing to disclose that an AI is being used.
  • Unauthorized access or security violations – including hacking, distributing malware, or reverse engineering the Services.
  • High-risk uses – such as providing unapproved regulated advice (e.g., medical, legal, financial), voter suppression, or other activities that could cause significant harm.

2.5. Disclaimer of Warranties and AI Usage. Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or results. AI outputs are generated automatically, may contain errors, and are not substitutes for professional advice (e.g., medical, legal). You must inform end-users they are interacting with AI and obtain consents for call recordings or data processing as required by law.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT POLICY

3.1. Pricing Policy. Each Subscription Plan includes a fixed number of call minutes. If you want to make or receive more calls than your plan allows, you will need to add credits (“Dial.Plus Credits”) to your account. Extra rates per minute can be found at https://www.dial.plus/pricing/ and will be deducted from your balance accordingly. The duration of each call is rounded up to the nearest full minute. For example, a call lasting one minute and six seconds is billed as two minutes.

3.2. Unused Subscription Plans Credits. Minutes included in your Subscription Plan are valid only for the current billing month and do not roll over. For example, if your plan includes one hundred (100) minutes and you use only fifty (50), the remaining fifty (50) will not carry forward. However, if you purchase extra Dial.Plus Credits and do not use them within the same month, the unused balance will roll over until fully consumed. No refunds will be issued for unused subscription minutes or credits.

3.3. Deactivation and Allocation of Dial.Plus Numbers. If your Account does not have a sufficient amount of credit to extend your monthly or yearly subscription or your payment is unsuccessful, your Dial.Plus Number will be deactivated at the end of the billing cycle. Random numbers from Personal/Professional plan will be revoked from your Account twenty-one (21) days after deactivation and all Custom/Ported numbers and Random numbers from Business/Enterprise plan will be revoked after a thirty (30) days period. If the subscription is managed by Apple App Store or Google Play, then that period would be 16 days, regardless of the plan or type of Dial.Plus number. Once your Dial.Plus Number is revoked, you will lose access to that Dial.Plus Number and its settings. Alohi may delete your stored information and data and settings, as well as allocate your Dial.Plus Number to someone else, after it passes our internal allocation procedures.

3.4 Cancelation of Paid Subscription Plans. In addition to the cancellation terms set out in Terms of Service (https://www.alohi.com/terms-service/), upon expiration or termination of the Subscription Plan, you will lose access to your Dial.Plus Number.

4. REFUNDS

4.1. Cooling-Off Period and Refund Policy. When you purchase extra credits or perform any purchase directly from us you will be entitled to a cancellation period of 24 hours (“Cooling-Off Period”) unless you have made use of the Dial.Plus Credits in any way (e.g. if Dial.Plus allocates you a Dial.Plus Number), in which case the Cooling-Off Period will be extinguished and your purchase cannot be canceled or refunded. Outside of the Cooling-Off Period, nothing is refundable.

4.2. Allocation of Dial.Plus Numbers. You hereby expressly agree that Dial.Plus Numbers may be allocated to you before the end of the Cooling-Off Period and become non-refundable upon allocation.

4.3. Cooling-Off Period Limitations. The Cooling-Off Period and refunds do not apply to payments made in order to subscribe to one of our paid Subscription Plans or any purchase that are (i) purchased via a third party partner of Alohi (please contact the partner directly, who may decide, at its sole discretion, whether or not to pay a refund), (ii) not directly acquired online from us (e.g. vouchers or pre-paid cards) (iii) paid for in cash using third party payment methods (such as a cash payment wallet) or (iv) paid for and allocated to your Account by a manager, administrator or another user.

4.4. Misuse. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we reasonably believe (i) that you are trying to unfairly exploit this refund policy, for example, by making repetitive refund requests in respect of the same Alohi Service; (ii) if you are in breach of Alohi Terms or (iii) if we reasonably suspect that you are using Alohi Services fraudulently or that your Account is being used by a third party fraudulently.

5. WARRANTIES

5.1. Warranties. As outlined in Terms of Service, the Alohi Websites and Alohi Services are provided “as is” and on an “as available” basis and without warranties of any kind, save as for those provided to users subscribed to our enterprise plan and subject to the service level agreement (https://www.alohi.com/sla/).

These Terms of Service were last updated on August 22, 2025, and shall be effective immediately.
